Activities: The Edwards House will host group cooking classes (16-18 guests) accompanied by a full meal and paired wines for prearranged groups. Classes will provide hands-on instruction as well as demonstration…Tell us what kind of cuisine you like and we will find the chef! We also do wedding rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, brunches, anniversary and birthday parties and elegant dinner parties. We are also doing birthday/cooking classes for children aged 5-12 by arrangement. Fort Collins has a plethora of activities for its visitors. Here are some things to do: Rent a mountain bike and explore the extensive Fort Collins trail system that winds throughout the town. Go whitewater rafting or trout fishing on the scenic Poudre River. Take a hike up nearby Horsetooth Mounain or the Poudre Canyon. Visit Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking, cross country skiing or snowshoeing. Tour a local brewery.
