Breakfast is Served ... Choose from an array of seasonal fruits, gourmet coffees and homemade baked goods, accompanied by a special daily entree such as eggs florentine, apple turnovers, or southwestern quiche. The full breakfast, as well as evening refreshments, are included in the room price.

Whether you are visiting us while in CO on business, just passing through on your way to another vacation destination or even if you have chosen the Edwards House as your honeymoon home away from home, our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and smooth lodging experience.

We have established the following policies to make our service more efficient efficient and your romantic weekend getaway in Fort Collins, Colorado as wonderful as you have imagined. . However the needs of our guests come first! If you wish us to make an exception for your special circumstances, please ask. In most cases we will be happy to oblige you.

~ Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Please call ahead to arrange with an innkeeper for later arrivals. (Combination for back door lock will be provided for late arrivals.)

~ Check-out is 12:00 noon.

~ For the comfort and safety of our guests, The Edwards House is a non-smoking environment.

~ The Edwards House is not designed to accommodate children under 10 years of age.

~ The Edwards House cannot lodge pets. We will be glad to help you find shelter for your pet at a local kennel.

Reservations
Advance reservations are advisable. Please call us at 970.493.9191 or 800.281.9190. A deposit of one night’s lodging or 50% of total amount on stays of three or more days is required on all advance reservations. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, or you may mail us a check within 5 days after receipt of our written confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for cancellations made up to two weeks prior to the reservation. For cancellations made between two weeks and two days prior to the reservation, a 25% fee will be charged. A 100% fee is charged for cancellations made less than two days prior.

Merge onto E 470 N (Portions toll)
