The Lodge at the Edwards House is a large (1000 square feet) room with open beam ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling river rock fireplace, gourmet kitchen and conference table for 24. This inviting room can be set up with table space or theatre seating. The woodsiding and harwood and slate floors give this room a true mountain lodge feel. Equipment available includes screen, overhead projector, easels and pads, speaker phone, VCR, high-speed wireless internet connection. Downstairs there is a recreational are with a pool table, fireplace and big screen TV. The Lodge room rental is $250 per day (8am-5pm) Evening rental is $450.
The Longs Peak Room is an 800 square foot room located on the lower level of the main Bed sand Breakfast House.It has casual seating as well as traditional conference style seating, gas fireplace, screen, overhead projector, easels and pads, and high speed wireless internet connection. The Longs Peak Room will accommodate up to 20 conferees and rents for $225 per day. Evening rental is $350.
